Step 1. Click the “Teachers” button in the top menu of the ReadingCare.com home page.
Step 2. Click “School Registration” on the left menu.
Step 3. Click the “Sign Up” button.
Step 4. Fill out the “School Registration” form.
1. Type in the school information.
2. Type in the information of the school representative who will be in charge of the ReadingCare program at school.
(Please click the “Check” button below after you type in your ID.)
3. Registering the number of classes & students:
1) Select the program length.
2) Select the types of programs that your school will adopt.
3) Type in the total number of students who will participate in each program.
4) Click the “Quick Quotes” button to estimate the cost. Two options are displayed on “Paid by Students” and “Paid by School.” You will select one of these options later in the official quotes that will be emailed to you.
5) Close the “Quick Quotes” page and type in the total number of classes of ReadingCare programs.
Step 5. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page to finalize the registration of your school. Then we will email you the official price quotes within one business day.
Step 6. Confirm the emailed quotes and select who will pay for the tuition.
1. When “Paid by Students” is selected: Each individual student pays for the ReadingCare tuition.
1) Confirm in the pop-up quotes how much each student will pay.
2) Click the ‘Confirm’ button.
3) Confirm the school code in the “School Registration“ page and announce the code to the teachers so that they can register their classes.
2. When “Paid by School” is selected: The school or the teacher pays for the ReadingCare tuition.
1) Confirm in the pop-up quotes how much the school will pay.
2) Choose the method of payment and click the “Check Out” button.
3) Payment:
(a) When “credit card” was selected, type in the credit card information and click “Submit.”
(After the “Submit” button is clicked, please wait for about a minute without moving
the mouse until the receipt page pops up.)
(b) When “check” was selected, the school registration is completed after the check arrives
in the mail at the ReadingCare company.
4) Confirm the school code on the “Payment Confirmation” page and announce it to all the teachers who will register their classes for the ReadingCare program.
